Since 2021, RETIRE S.A. has been operating a new rubber tile production unit, where the raw material used is the tire granules made from recycling old tires. The rubber tiles of RETIRE S.A. are manufactured with the state-of-the-art SALVADORI machinery of Italian origin.

The production unit is fully automated and equipped with a mixing system that allows the ingredients to be mixed in precise quantities according to specific requirements. Furthermore, the automatic double-mold press enables the management of all production parameters and regulates the continuous production cycle.

Rubber tiles are ideal for playgrounds, gyms and all kinds of sports facilities as the upper surface may be covered with virgin or recycled EPDM of various colors, making them completely safe for anyone using them.
